Eligibility

By using PUSH, you confirm that you meet the minimum age required by your authentication provider (Google, Apple, etc.).

• Parental consent is required for under-18 players
• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising gameplay and any in-game purchases

Accounts

PUSH uses Supabase authentication (Google, Apple, etc.). By signing in, you agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Use appropriate usernames (no offensive or infringing names)

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use automation to gain unfair advantages
• Impersonate others or use offensive, hateful, or illegal usernames
• Reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes

Purchases & Virtual Items

PUSH may offer in-game purchases. By purchasing:

• Parent/guardian permission is required if under 18
• All sales are final and non-refundable (except where law requires)
• Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value
• Virtual Items may be modified, removed, or suspended at any time

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in PUSH — software, artwork, music, design, gameplay, logos, trademarks — are owned by PUSH or its licensors, except open-source/third-party assets included in the About & Credits page. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of PUSH.

Third-Party & Open Source Assets

PUSH includes open-source and third-party assets. All credits are included in the About & Credits page.

Link Sharing & External Communications

Players may share links to invite others to play.

• PUSH is not responsible for costs associated with sending or receiving messages through external services
• Parents/guardians should supervise minors to ensure they understand potential messaging costs

Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS."

• No warranties; we are not liable for data loss or damages
• Your only remedy is to stop using the Service

Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for violations or if the Service is discontinued

Privacy & Data

By using PUSH, you agree to the Privacy Policy, which explains how Supabase and authentication providers handle data.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
